First of all a little pretty-ness for your viewing pleasure! LOL This is one of the places that BayLea stepped on a cactus in Phoenix. It has FINALLY about healed.

Camping...We stayed at a very quiet little campground between Lake City and Creede the first night.
And then went on past LaVeta and stayed at Bear Lake Campground. It was beautiful!
Took a day trip into Trinidad, as it was only an hour from the camp, to show the kids where I went to college.
The campus is still quite pretty.

We stopped at the Sand Dunes. What a neat place. Neither of us had been there since we were kids. It was a cool place, but hot, and we got there about 10:00 a.m.
