This isn't my recipe, but one I got from a twopeasinabucket gal, who calls herself Burning Feather. It really is a yummy recipe and so I don't want to have to hunt it down every time I want to make it!
Mix in Crockpot:
1 (1.25 oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 t. oregano
1 t. red pepper flakes
1 t. basil
1 t. dried parsley
1 large clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup water
Place on top of mixture:
3 lb chuck roast
Cook on high all day, or until meat is tender. Turn it over every now and then if you can!
Yum, yum!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Rice Recipe
I just love this and it's so easy!
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz can) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 teaspoon paprika
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
Hot cooked rice
In a 4 quart slow cooker, combine chicken, soup, mushrooms and paprika. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours. Stir in sour cream 30 minutes before serving. Serve over hot cooked rice. Garnish with more paprika is desired.

Taco Soup: Seriously yummy, easy recipe!
A fellow pea, on http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/, shared this recipe for the crock pot. It was excellent and hit the spot after a long day out at the Air Show (which was truly amazing as well).
taco soup in the crock pot
3 cans of beans (I used black, kidney, and pinto)
1 can of corn
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 lb beef browned
1 pkg ranch mix
1 pkg taco seasoning
Mix it all up and cook for 4-6 hours on low.
We put it over fritos and put shredded Mexican cheese on top, so we kind of ate it more like a taco salad. It was good and even the kids ate it. This is definately one I'll make again!
